VPN Access and Azure MFA

VPN Login Changes

This change will impact you if you currently access ‘Hospital VPN’ through the Big-IP Edge VPN client or the VPN portal tunnel: https://msvpn.mountsinai.org

VPN change will disconnect existing VPN sessions. You will need to re-login to VPN.

To TEST the upcoming change please follow these steps:

1. Use private window, click CTRL + SHIFT + N, and go to the TEST URL – https://mshmsvpn-test.mountsinai.org.

2. If you have email: use firstname.lastname@mountsinai.org. If you don’t have an email: use username@mountsinai.org to log in.

3. User must have accessed https://msvpn.mountsinai.org before.
